Sale of the Flats on Archer to Shakiba Capital Sets Record Price per Unit

Shakiba Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm based in Houston, made its fourth property acquisition in the Tulsa region, buying the Flats on Archer apartments for $17.4 million.
Built-in 2018, the 62-unit, five-story rental apartment building is located at the corner of Archer St. and Boston Ave. in the Tulsa Arts District in downtown Tulsa, formerly known as the Brady Arts District.
Ryan Gorman, Carey Velez and Bailey Miles of the new Legacy Commercial Property Advisors multifamily division brokered the sale working on behalf of both the buyer and the seller, a partnership of local developers.
