TULSA—The Tulsa Apartment Association has named Shakiba Capital’s Echo Trail Apartments as the 2024 Tulsa Apartment Community of the Year for communities built 1981 to 1993 at the 2024 Zenith Awards.
Houston-based Shakiba Capital acquired the 240-unit facility in 2021. Since then, numerous improvements have been made to enhance tenant services and overall quality of life for property residents.
